At Storybook Portraits, we believe your memories deserve to live on as beautiful artwork in your home. Rather than investing our marketing budget in traditional advertising, we gift portrait experiences to families so they can discover our studio and the artwork we create.

Your experience includes:

• A private portrait session with our professional photography team

• A personalized viewing and ordering appointment with your Art Designer

• Your choice of one 10-inch Unframed Fine Art Portrait OR a $500 credit toward additional artwork 

Following your session, you’ll view your portraits and select your favorites. There is no obligation to purchase beyond your gifted portrait, and your images will not be deleted until you’ve had the opportunity to make your selections.

For families who choose additional artwork, we offer custom wall art and digital collections designed around your favorite images, space, and style. Collections begin at $1,350, however your $500 credit will be applied to our collections making them start at $850. Flexible payment plans are also available.

A fully refundable holding deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or may be applied toward additional artwork as long as you do not cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your appointment.

We want you to feel comfortable when selecting your favorite images we create. There is no obligation to purchase additional images or artwork beyond your gifted experience. You may simply choose your favorite image as your gifted 10-inch Fine Art Portrait, or use your $500 credit toward additional artwork.

That said, many of our clients find they fall in love with more than one portrait and choose to invest in additional artwork or larger pieces for their home. Your Art Designer will guide you through the options and help you create artwork that feels meaningful to your family and your space.

We also understand that digital images are important to many families, so we offer them as part of our collections. Your Art Designer can walk you through the options available during your Zoom Ordering Appointment.

We take great pride in creating custom artwork designed specifically for each Storybook Portraits family. Your artwork is carefully hand-finished and delivered directly to your home, ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Because each piece is custom-created for you, orders are placed and finalized during your Zoom Ordering Appointment. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds. This allows us to begin creating your artwork right away and ensures every piece is made exactly as selected.
